Hot Dip Galvanizing
Hot zinc dipping is an exemplary modern trend in the surface treatment of steel structures; the advantages provided by the procedure include long service life, build-up of an even high-quality coat both across internal and hard-to- access surfaces, good resistance to mechanical effects, possible use of other coating substances as well as environmental friendliness.
Once placed in a zinc bath, the surface of the material builds up an inter-metallic iron-zinc interface, a highly wear resistant layer, with the thickness of the layer ranging between 50 and 190 microns, depending on the chemical composition and type of material, as well as the dipping time.

We have been present in the Czech market ever since 1992, our objective being to provide high-quality and time-flexible services – the willing attitude of our staff, long operating hours, strict hot-dipped material inspection as well as finishing being a foregone conclusion.
The prices of the services are determined with a view to the type and volume of orders – for more detailed information, contact our business representatives.
