Issuance of orders when paying in cash: 7:00 - 15:00 (break 10:00 - 10:30). Outside these operating hours, orders can only be accepted and issued in agreement with the plant manager.

WHEN YOU WANT TO GALVANIZE A PRODUCT?

Measure the length, width and depth of the largest parts of your product. This will be useful when choosing a suitable galvanizing plant.

About the galvanizing plant

The hot dip galvanizing plant in Bezdružice is currently the state-of-the-art and best equipped galvanizing plant in the Czech Republic. We put it into operation in autumn 2021. During the construction of this galvanizing plant, we have placed emphasis on the high safety of its operation and on compliance with the most stringent hygiene and environmental standards in terms of noise and emissions. The hot-dip galvanizing process uses the latest machinery and technology, and the galvanizing plant is semi-automated and largely controlled by the software. The entire galvanizing plant is roofed, so that all the material, including the "black” material is well protected against the adverse weather conditions before galvanizing.

Our galvanizing plants operate in a 3-shift mode. And we also galvanize at weekends. When you add thereto the polished processes and efficient logistics, you know the reasons why you'll always have your galvanized steel on time.

We manually clean galvanized parts from zinc drops and carefully check the resulting quality of the coating. We always store your steel under the roof. Whether it's waiting for you at the galvanizing plant or we're taking it to you by truck.
