Service life of hot-dip galvanized steel is 80 years, and such steel has excellent resistance to mechanical stresses.
You can feel free to apply any other coats on hot-dip galvanized steel.
Galvanizing with us is cost-efficient and environmentally friendly too.
We can protect your galvanized steel against white rust using passivation. We offer this service in our plants in Hustopeče and České Budějovice. Centrifugal hot dip galvanizing is performed in our Hustopeče plant.

After the material is dipped in a galvanizing bath, an intermetallic phase of iron and zinc will be created on its surface. This phase has high abrasion resistance.
Depending on the chemical composition and type of material, as well as on its dipping time, the strength of this layer will range from 50 microns to 190 microns. We can even galvanize steel with large dimensions. Check the tank sizes at our galvanizing plants.
We use the process of centrifugal galvanizing to successfully protect the surfaces of small parts such as screws, nuts, washers, etc. By doing so, we provide quite a unique service in the Czech Republic.
This special technological process is based on the centrifugation of material after its removal from the galvanizing bath; in this way, we provide a uniform coating that for e.g. fasteners is absolutely essential. The resulting zinc layer has a matt surface.
